Single sign-on, the audit log and the public API are planned, not shipped — no plan includes them today. Everything else in this table is running in the product now.

Choosing a plan

Which plan should I start on?
Count the displays you want playing and the people who need to log in. Up to five screens with one editor is Starter. Up to 25 screens, three editors, proof of play and reusable schedules is Pro. Unlimited screens, ten seats and priority support is Business.
What actually changes between Starter and Pro?
Scale and speed. Pro raises screens from 5 to 25, seats from 1 to 3, storage from 10 GB to 100 GB and AI credits from 30 to 150, and lets live apps refresh every 15 minutes instead of every 30. It also adds proof-of-play export, reusable schedule templates and screen power scheduling.
Can I change plan later?
In both directions, and nothing you have built is deleted. Limits are only checked when you create something new — pairing a screen, inviting a teammate — so moving down a plan never blanks a wall or removes a sequence.
Do I need Business for a multi-site rollout?
Only for unlimited screens, ten included seats or priority support. Pro already covers 25 screens across as many locations as you like. Business also bundles the guided setup call that Starter and Pro buy separately.
Is anything in this table not available yet?
Single sign-on, the audit log and the public API are on the roadmap and are marked as such on every plan. Nothing else in the table is a promise — it is all shipped and playing on screens today.
