Terms of Service

By registering for or using Pico Sign, a service operated by Taosquare Group Limited (a company incorporated in Hong Kong), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms as described below, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Pico Sign is a digital-signage platform that lets you manage media and display it on connected screens and players. Some features are in beta or planned (for example, realtime playback control) and may change or be removed.

You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google or Microsoft.

You agree not to use the service to store or display illegal, infringing, obscene, or harmful content, to distribute malware, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to interfere with or abuse the platform or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

You retain ownership of the media you upload. You grant Pico Sign a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to display your content publicly, including any copyright, licensing, trademark, and model or property releases. All Pico Sign intellectual property remains ours.

Because your content is shown on screens in physical and public spaces, you are solely responsible for the legality, licensing, and appropriateness of the media you display and for any individuals it depicts. We may remove or disable content that violates these terms or the law. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us at contact@picosign.ai to request removal.

The service relies on third parties including Supabase, Google (OAuth and Cloud Storage), Microsoft (OAuth), and Vercel. Their terms may apply to your use, and Pico Sign is not responsible for outages or actions of these third-party providers.

Pico Sign is a paid service. Plans are charged per active screen for each billing period at the prices shown on our pricing page, in the currency shown at checkout. Add-ons — additional seats, storage and AI credit top-ups — are charged as listed. Introductory, launch or promotional pricing applies only for the period stated in the offer, after which the standard rate applies. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; where we are required to collect tax it is added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-used periods except where required by law. We will give you notice before increasing the price of an existing subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details. Where we have not yet enabled checkout for your account, the service may be provided without charge, and we will give you notice before the first charge is taken.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taosquare Group Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pico Sign harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content or from your breach or misuse of the service.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. On termination, we handle your content and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and your continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@picosign.ai. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Taosquare Group Limited (operator of Pico Sign) regarding the service, may not be assigned by you without our consent, and no failure to enforce a provision is a waiver of it.
